• GCI PI/O Optical Transceivers are the preferred solution for E84 optical communications by FABs, OEMs, and EFEM manufacturers worldwide. Our transceivers are fully compliant and are compatible with other manufacturers' sensors that conform to the SEMI Standard E84.
• RJ-11 Optical Transceivers are GCI's next generation of E84 sensors. These SEMI compliant and Hokuyo compatible units are the choice of leading 300mm FABs and equipment manufactures to simplify installation and maintenance of their E84 communications.
• The E84 SPC (Serial-to-Parallel Controller) is an off-the-shelf communications controller used by 300mm equipment manufacturers to support the E84 communications protocol standard for load ports, FOUP buffers, and smart storage shelves.
